Our 12-week Say Bye to Diabetes Nutrition Program involves working one-to-one with a Registered Dietitian, who will guide you throughout the process of improving blood sugars, weight and overall well-being, by making positive changes in your eating habits and lifestyle.
During the 12-week program, different nutritional strategies will be used to promote
greater weight loss and avoid weight loss plateau. In addition to that, you will have the
support you need to implement each weight loss phase.
